Excellent, excellent service. Was out of the province when I arranged for repair on the floor of my hybrid trailer. The staff at Hermes picked up the trailer from the storage facility in Cambridge and the work was done by the time I returned to Ontario. Very friendly, knowledgeable and competent people. Some small issues with the vehicle side of the electrical hookup that Jamie solved at no charge. Highly recommend Keith, Jamie and staff at Hermes.
